Corporate Workshop Overview
Cost £30 +VAT per person
Time: two and a half hours. Minimum of 8 people/maximum 25 - this is designed for attendees to proactively get involved in making chocolate in a light-hearted way and comprises of:
- Glass of wine/coffee/ tea and chocolates to welcome you.
- A short talk on the origins of chocolate and a tasting session with a quick quiz to check you are paying attention!
- Then you get to make your own chocolate shape using a mould. This has to be decorated using lots of different coloured chocolate and your god-given tools (i.e. your fingers-messy but hilarious!)
- Then you hand roll chocolate truffles (all of this whilst resisting any temptation to lick your fingers of course).
- And time allowing (depending on how good you have been at the previous exercises) make chocolate thins. All of which you get to take back to the office or home with you.
- This offers a fantastic insight into how well you each work out of your comfort zone whilst providing an opportunity to observe others hidden talents (or lack of!).
- The workshops provide a great opportunity to reward your staff in a way that everyone seems to enjoy and participate at reasonable costs. Personalised gifts for participants can additionally be arranged if required
